You can download the CobWeb Pay app and create an exchange account in many countries, subjects to our Terms and applicable local laws. However, eligibility for the CobWeb Pay Mastercard is currently limited to Australian residents. Please see the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for the full eligibility criteria.
Earn cashback in AUD in your CobWeb Pay Wallet on every transaction, which can be converted to cryptocurrency or used for future purchases.
The cashback is a separate promotional reward provided directly by CloudTechX Pty Ltd (CTX). It is not a feature of the card itself, which is issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited. Full terms for the campaign are available at the welcome pack T&Cs.
No minimum spend is required in the first month of usage. Will require $2,500 AUD for the following months to unlock the highest cashback limit of $75.
The limit on the monthly cashback is $75 AUD, subsequent purchases made after you reach this amount will not be eligible for the cashback offers. From the second month, the limit goes down to $30 AUD unless you can meet a minimum spend requirement of $2,500 AUD during the previous month, which will increase the limit back to $75 AUD.
It is the maximum total amount of cashback we (CTX) will provide in a period. Once your earnings reach the cap (e.g., $75), you will not earn further cashback in that period.
Your earned cashback is distributed monthly to your CobWeb Pay wallet, with payouts scheduled every Friday between 6pm and midnight.
No, the progress of your spending is tied to your CobWeb Pay account regardless of the card details used.
Yes, as long as you meet the minimum spending requirements from the 2nd month onwards.
No, only transactions that have fully cleared within the calendar month are counted toward your cashback and rewards. Purchases that are still pending at the end of the month or any transactions under dispute will not be included in your rewards calculation for that period.

When you pay for the eligible subscriptions with your CobWeb Pay card, rebates are credited to your account, up to your monthly limit.
You can earn rewards on most regular household bills, including wifi, gas, water, and electricity. Council rates, internet bills and other government fees are not included. Always check your app or the latest eligible biller list to confirm specific providers.
Yes, cashback earned from eligible utility bill payments, such as wifi, gas, water, and electricity, all count toward your $75 monthly rewards total.
Just log into the CobWeb Pay app, navigate to the card section, and copy your card’s details. Then, paste them into the payment or billing section of your subscription or utility provider’s website or app. That’s it—you’re set for automatic payments.
No, CobWeb Pay’s rewards—like cashback and subscription rebates—are offered independently. The program isn’t directly affiliated with Netflix, Spotify, ChatGPT, or utility providers, and the card is issued by EML under license from Mastercard but these companies do not sponsor or partner in the rewards program.
The current incentive program is ongoing, but CobWeb Pay reserves the right to change or end the rewards at any time. Any updates or changes will be communicated in the app, on our website and social media accounts so check regularly for the latest info.
