What is the CobWeb Pay USD card?
It's a card that lets you spend your crypto like everyday money. You hold your assets in CobWeb Pay and spend in USD, anywhere your card is accepted.
Who can get the USD card?
The USD card is for users outside Australia. If you're in Australia, the AUD card is for you.
How does spending crypto actually work?
You top up your card with USDT from your CobWeb Pay wallet. Once it's loaded, you spend in USD, anywhere your card is accepted. You're spending your loaded balance, so you always know what's on the card.
Which crypto can I spend?
Your card runs on USDT. You can add USDT to your CobWeb Pay wallet directly, or convert from Bitcoin or Ethereum or AUD in the app, then load it onto your card.
How do I top up my card?
Add USDT to your CobWeb Pay wallet, or convert from Bitcoin or Ethereum, then load it onto your card. Your balance updates as soon as the top up settles.
Is there a virtual card and a physical card?
Yes. Your virtual card is ready to use as soon as you're approved, and you can add it to your mobile wallet. A physical card is available only on the Legacy tier at the moment.
What are the tiers?
There are three: Core, Elite, and Legacy. Each one builds on the last, with higher limits and more features as you move up. Legacy is invitation only.
How do I move up a tier?
You can upgrade from Core to Elite any time in the app for a yearly subscription. Legacy is invitation only, offered when you meet the eligibility criteria.
What does the Elite tier cost?
Elite is a yearly subscription of $599 USD. Core is free to use, and Legacy is invitation only. For a limited time, upgrading from the Core tier to the Elite tier is free.
How do I get a Legacy card?
Legacy is invitation only. You can't buy your way in: it's offered when you meet the eligibility criteria.

What are my spending limits?
Limits depend on your tier. You can see your current limits any time in the app.
How do I keep my card secure?
You're in control from the app: freeze and unfreeze your card, set limits, and view your card details whenever you need them. If your card is lost or stolen, freeze it instantly and contact customer support.
How do I get started?
Download CobWeb Pay from the App Store or Google Play Store, complete sign-up and verification, and your virtual card is ready to go once your wallet is topped up with a minimum of $50 USDT.
